We can answer all the questions you have. Many of the most common questions are listed below, but the best place to start is with a phone call. Please call us at 952-292-7003 to go over all the questions you may have.
These projects can be quite complicated. You probably have a lot of questions before we get started. The best thing to do is to call us to talk, but below are some answers to the most common questions.
We can provide ANY viewing format you want for your video. Besides DVDs, we can do:
The main difference between the packages is the visual effects (i.e. how the photos look in the video). The Silver package is the simplest-looking video. The Platinum has the most visual effects and the Gold is in the middle. Actual customer samples of each package are available.
There is no limit to the number of photos you can have.
From the date we receive your materials, it typically takes at least 10 business days to complete your order. That does not include shipping time. The completion time is dependent on the schedule of other orders in the queue, which effects package you want (Silver, Gold or Platinum) and the complexity of the order. Larger, more complex orders may take longer. If you need rush service, please let us know IN ADVANCE of placing the order.
Rush service is usually available, but it does depend on the scope of your project and how many other projects are in the queue. Expedited charges will apply if there are less than 10 business days from the time materials are received to the time the DVDs have to ship. The charge for expedited turn-around depends on the package selected, the complexity of the project and the actual turn-around time required. As you might expect, projects with 24-hour turn-around will be more expensive than a project with a 5-day turn-around. Generally, prices listed are minimums and can be higher depending on the project, situation and timing.
The “best” length for a video is very subjective and depends on what you will be doing with the video, how it will be viewed, who will be viewing it, etc. For most occasions where it is viewed with a captive audience, we have found that in the 10 to 15 minute range works well. That would be about 100 to 149 photos, but we should talk about what the DVD is for and how it will be shown.
There is no limit to the number of photos you can have. The cost is based on the total number of photos/images you send us.
Yes. We can use both types of photos. For the real photos, you put them in the order you want them shown in the video, number them, and send them to us at:

For the digital photos on your phone, tablet, computer, etc., please call us at 952-292-7003 to talk about the best way to send them to us.
Yes. Legally-purchased music is included with each package up to a certain number of songs. The number of songs included depends on the number of photos you have. You can have more songs than are included, but they would be at additional cost.
For planning purposes, it's roughly 10 photos for one minute of music. So, if you had 100 photos, for a normal-paced video, that would be roughly three 3-minute songs. The actual number of songs depends on many factors but 10 songs/minute is a rough guide.
Your materials will NEVER be shared, publicly or privately, with anyone without your permission. We will NEVER use your photos for anything other than creating your video. All your original materials are returned at the end of the project. We may ask you if we can put your video on our website as a demo or sample, but we would NEVER do that without your permission.
