How it works

The basic process for putting together a video slideshow is:

• Decide on which visual effects package you want: Silver, Gold or Platinum.
• Gather and organize all your materials (i.e. paper photos, digital images, video clips, printed materials). Real photos should be organized and mailed/shipped to us. For your digital photos on a phone, computer, etc., we should talk about the best way to get them to us. We can setup a dropbox folder in our account where you can upload your photos, or digital photos can also be sent to us in a Google Drive or Google Photos share link. Photos from a phone can also be emailed.
• Send us your materials. If you're planning on sending us materials, please contact us so we can keep our eyes open for a package or emails.
• Once we have everything and we have discussed the project specifics, we work our magic and create your one-of-a-kind photo video slideshow
• Once the video is "completed" or close to completion, we setup a sample preview for you on-line so you can see and approve the video prior to production. We send you an email that has a link to your preview video. You can watch it as many times as you want to make sure it's OK. If necessary, changes can be made after seeing the preview. 
• Once you approve the preview, we sent you the detailed cost for the project and collect payment vie credit card, Venmo, PayPal
• We then produce the format(s) you want. We can provide standard DVDs, a high-definition video file, either on a flash drive or as a download link. We can also setup the video on a streaming webpage for viewing the video on any device, anytime, anywhere as long as there’s internet access (cell coverage and/or wifi).
• We ship the package, or email you the links, to you with the formats you want, along with all the materials you originally sent us.
